Rose Hip Market will open its doors on November 28, 2022. Rose Hip coffee trailer, currently located on Brees Boulevard in Terrell Heights, was founded by Katie Richmond and recently celebrated its first
birthday. Katie has joined with Nix Realty Company Co-Owner/Broker, Marnie Simpson, and her daughter Tinsley LaScala, to bring her coffee concept to the Olmos Park area. Rose Hip Market is located in a newly carved out space inside of the Nix Realty building. Come enjoy a walk up coffee bar complete with morning pastries and prepared sandwiches for a quick meal on the go. In addition, we will have other locally sourced food items in our refrigerator and freezer space to make daily life simple and delicious. Carefully curated gifts are also available for your shopping pleasure. Come check out the bright and friendly atmosphere and enjoy a visit with friends. Our goal is to connect the community through coffee. Feel free to bring in a laptop and stay a while or just pop by and pay us a visit. We can’t wait to welcome you to Rose Hip Market!
