Bexar Kolache Company aims to keep the Czech-Texan kolache tradition alive with flavors that taste like South Texas. In almost every part of San Antonio, you’ll see trees heavy with citrus or figs, pomegranates, and mangonadas at your corner fruteria. Our owner, Emily Stone, is an anthropologist committed to baking kolaches that reflect the land and culture of this place. In addition to our Olmos Pharmacy location, we recently remodeled and opened our flagship dine-in location in Beacon Hill, at 819 Fredericksburg Road. Come see us at either place!
